退款政策
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Since our products are made to order, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions after reviewing your request. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Return shipping labels are provided only if the return is due to a manufacturing defect, printing error, or an incorrect item received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- your order number;
- clear photos of the product;
- photos of the packaging (if applicable).
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Since all of our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at Rostrabunii@yahoo.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If your request is approved, we will provide a replacement or another suitable solution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- ordering the wrong size;
- change of mind;
- buyer's remorse;
- personalized or customized products;
- items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
However, this right does not apply to products that are made to order, customized, or personalized specifically for you, as permitted under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
